This stroller is horrible. I purchased one at the end of August and didn't receive it until the first week of October. I ordered it on EBay and the seller said it shipped directly from BeBeLove. The first stroller UPS damaged. The second was sent via FedEx. The box was damaged, but the stroller was fine. During the first use, I noticed the left rear wheels wobbled and the right rear inside wheel hardly touched the ground. The second use both sets of wheels wobbled and are practically started to fall off. They are made of flimsy plastic. There is hardly any room for the back passenger. It didn't matter which twin was in the back, she was still squished. I have the straps as tight as they will go and my daughters still slide down. The back foot rest is a waste. You can't adjust it. The way you recline the front seat is ridiculous. It's not a bar you lift, you have to lift up a tiny lever on both sides and push down on the seat. Overall this is a worthless piece of crap and not worth the money you spend on it. The only positive thing about this stroller is it looks good. I wouldn't recommend this stroller to anyone.
